DISCLAIMER: SpeedDateMaryland is not a matchmaking service. Our goal is to help single people meet one another in a safe and comfortable setting. SpeedDateMaryland does not verify personal information on its participants, such as marital status or any other aspects of their general background. It is up to you to clarify these issues to your own satisfaction.

SpeedDateMaryland does not have the ability to independently screen participants registering for its programs. By registering for a SpeedDateMaryland event, you are agreeing that neither SpeedDateMaryland nor any of its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of the SpeedDateMaryland program. This includes, without limitation, damages arising out of meeting or communicating with other participants in programs sponsored by or affiliated with SpeedDateMaryland.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SpeedDateMaryland provides a way for adults to meet each other. This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and SpeedDateMaryland Please read the Agreement carefully before registering for SpeedDateMaryland By registering for SpeedDate Maryland, you become a member of SpeedDateMaryland and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms") for as long as you continue to be a Member. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not register for SpeedDateMaryland. The terms are subject to change by SpeedDateMaryland at any time, effective upon notice to you.

MINORS MAY NOT BECOME MEMBERS
By becoming a Member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Either you or SpeedDateMaryland may terminate your SpeedDateMaryland and Speed Date USA, Inc. membership at any time, for any reason, without explanation, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. SpeedDateMaryland reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to SpeedDateMaryland, or to an off-line SpeedDateMaryland event, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to the attention of SpeedDateMaryland.

As a Member, you agree that:

1. You are solely responsible for the information you provide at SpeedDateMaryland, or transmit to other SpeedDateMaryland Members.

2. You will not transmit to other SpeedDateMaryland Members or Employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).

3. You will use SpeedDateMaryland in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

4. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through SpeedDateMaryland. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other SpeedDateMaryland members.

5. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other SpeedDateMaryland Members. SpeedDateMaryland has no obligation to monitor and/or mediate disputes between you and other Members.

INDEMNITY BY MEMBER
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SpeedDateMaryland, Speed Date USA, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the SpeedDateMaryland service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
Speed Date USA, Inc. owns and retains other proprietary rights in all services offered by SpeedDateMaryland. SpeedDate USA, Inc. retains rights to all copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of SpeedDateMaryland, its licensors and licensees.

INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY MEMBER
SpeedDateMaryland will keep confidential all information supplied by you to SpeedDateMaryland, including credit card number(s), and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by law. Please see Privacy Statement for more detailed information concerning confidentiality.

CLIENT PICTURES/IMAGES GALLERY
SpeedDateMaryland reserves the right to use the image of any client, guest, or visitor in connection with any event they attend or are present at, to display online in our database of clients. These images may be taken at any SpeedDateMaryland event. These images will not be sold or reproduced for gain without express permission from the guest, client, or visitor. However, these pictures and images may be used in connection with marketing and/or advertising without the express permission of the client. These pictures will be accessible online at www.SpeedDateMaryland.com.

COMPLAINTS
To resolve a complaint regarding the SpeedDateMaryland service, you should first contact SpeedDateUSA Customer Support via email to info@SpeedDateUSA.com.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
Disclaimer of warranty: Speed Date USA, Inc. in connection with SpeedDateMaryland provides service on an "as is" basis and grants no warranties of any kind, expressed, implied, statutory, in any communication with SpeedDateMaryland, Speed Date USA, Inc. or its representatives, or otherwise with respect to the service. SpeedDateMaryland specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SpeedDateMaryland does not warrant that your use of the SpeedDateMaryland service will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, error-free, will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the service will be corrected. SpeedDateMaryland disclaims liability for, and no warranty is made with respect to, connectivity and availability. Limitation of liability: In no event will SpeedDateMaryland be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of programs, cost of procurement of substitute services or service interruptions) arising out of the use of or inability to use SpeedDateMaryland, even if SpeedDateMaryland or its agents or representatives know or have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or to any person other than you. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, SpeedDateMaryland liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to SpeedDateMaryland for the service during the term of membership. SpeedDateMaryland does not screen the members registering for services offered by SpeedDateMaryland in any way. As a result SpeedDateMaryland will not be liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential, arising out of the use of this service, including, without limitation, to damages arising out of communicating and/or meeting with other members of this service, or introduced to you via this service. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and/or emotional distress and discomfort. SpeedDateMaryland asks all prospective participants if they are single, but we do not verify this information. Therefore, SpeedDateMaryland is not liable for the integrity of statements made by members as to their identity, marital status, or general background. It is incumbent and advised upon the user to verify any and all information relating to but not limited to this subject. It is advised to check references of any member.
